BLOCKING OF IMPULSES
This is how you experience unusual weather patterns, or unusual air currents, or unusual tides. You all contribute to your expressions of floods or tornadoes or hurricanes or earthquakes, but simple weather variations are largely blocking of impulses. There is no expression for this energy. It must go somewhere! Do you truly believe that energy just disappears because it is not expressed? Incorrect. Energy never disappears. Energy is energy.
