Questions for Petunia

Hi Share -

Again, thank you for the Petunia answers.  Also, thanks for the TED link.  Went to access it and it began to play, then was interrupted.  I attempted again tonight and each time [of 4 times!], my wifi suddenly went down and I could not access the web video.  Hmmm...what's this about?

http://www.ted.com/talks/michael_specter_the_danger_of_science_denial.html

So...I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on the video.  [Wasn't it something about a New Yorker author who was a big "believer" of science.....?]

A) In this video it is mentioned that the current health care "deadens the soul." And it struck me that in Petunia's community it is about enhancing the life force of the individual, not just treating symptoms with big bandaids and never addressing the inner cause. It is almost a reversal of what we define as health care.

I've been playing with Petunia's responses all day; and was captivated by her "science of enjoyment"; what a fabulous shift from the current milieu  [or the science of over analyzation].

Thank you for these jewels and other insights you've encouraged me to play with.

Meanwhile, here are today's queries:

1)  In Petunia's experience, is "dreaming" [as we define it currently], more conscious?  For example, does dreaming occur when she sleeps?  When she is "awake"?  She mentioned previously the lack of "cultural time" and that sleeping is more fluid.  Is the "dream state" also more fluid - extending beyond the liminal borders of either sleep or wake?

A) In Petunia's experience they are very aware that the dream state and the waking state are basically two versions of the same thing. Therefore they view themselves as constantly dreaming. One of their most favorite activities is to group lucid dream, where they set up a dream landscape and participate together. It is not only as enjoyable as a vacation, it also strengthens the bonds between individuals, as each lucid adventure appears as a longer time frame, such as a lifetime of experience rolled into one evening, which would be their way to extend beyond the borders of normal waking experiences.

2)  It's beginning to sound [as I've always felt] that healing is a broad subject; and involves all facets of Life.  And our society often associates the term with corporeal situations.  Yet it sounds as though a Medicine of The Future involves working from the inside - out; that is, allowing and trusting  in a non-physical to physical connection.  Would Petunia agree?  And any further comments regarding this non-physical/physical connection?

A) Yes, Petunia agrees, and feels you have stated it well.

3) In Petunia's society, do doctors/nurses even exist as we know them?  Or is the "authority" of such roles transformed?

A) In Petunia's society there are not desginated doctors or nurses, but there are individuals who demonstrate a great talent as healers, and these people are recognized. It isn't a matter of an authority role just more a matter of appreciation for an individuals capability.

4)  Has Petunia lived in a community with technology?  Where is the most proximal community - to hers -  that utilizes such?

A) Petunia has chosen not to incorporate technology in her daily experience, but she is aware of many communities which explore technology in many capacities, and she visits when she wants a temporary new experience. Distance is not a factor.

5) Can Petunia - or others - rearrange their physical appearance in a "moment" based on conscious intent?

A) Yes. Changing eye color in a moment is the easiest.

6) Does Petunia - or any community members - utilize  sound in therapeutic situations;  say as we might use ultrasound to release gallstones.

A) Yes, they love to experiment with sound in a variety of ways, not just therapeutic, sometimes as a way to manipulate physicl matter. They often sing just for the pure enjoyment.

More Petunia Questions

1)  Petunia mentions the role of  supportiveness in an environment of healing.  Could she expound on her perception/definition/description of supportiveness?  And perhaps provide an example of someone she/her community has supported?

A) Everyone in the community is supported, constantly. Like a family that encourages one another and provides compassion and understanding. There is no system of exchange, so this has nothing to do with money, all needs are naturally met. Supportiveness would be always having someone that cares to talk with.

2) Seth mentions that physical illnesses are oftentimes symptomatic imagery reflective of the current timeframe period and culture that an individual is present in.  In Petunia's community, are the "physical affectingnesses" similar to those present in this physical timeframe: [e.g. cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etcetera?]  Or are different physical dis-eases reflected?

A) The same types of diseases are possible to create, it depends on the individual. What is for the most part eliminated is the need to create them, for inner issues are resolved long before a physical dis-ease need manifest.

3) Petunia mentions "death is often a celebration".  Thus, how is this celebrated?  [When an individual disengages, does she/members of her community engage a bon voyage party!?]

A) Yes, it is similar to a bon voyage party, but often it is arranged by the individual who is intending disengagement. It always depends on the individual and the circumstance, but sometimes he/she will give away their most prized possessions to certain individuals, and it is a opportunity to say goodbye. Although, the separation of death is not as final, it feels more like they have moved to another country, and will continue to correspond often.

4) Petunia says:  It is all about art and creativity. Every act is encouraged as a creative act and displays each individual uniqueness constantly. It is as though they practice nothing but art, in many, many different forms.  In our current milieu, "art" is often separated from "science"; yet perhaps these are two sides of the very same coin?   Does "science" [as we might recognize it in our current paradigm] exist in Petunia's world?  Are there scientists in her community?

A) Science does not exist in the manner that we know it now. In Petunia's community they don't spend time overanalyzing, as things can be enjoyed without forming a belief around them about how it is created or works. It would be the science of devoloping enjoyment. What continues to florish is technology, but not in Petunia's community, as they choose not to incorporate anything that is not considered "natural" to the landscape.

5) Is the sleep/wake cycle similar to our [Western] standard of approximately 8 hours sleep during the night hours and wakefulness during the day?  Or has this changed in her timeframe?  What percentage of time does she sleep during a 24' period?

A) It is unnecessary to continue the practice of "cultural time." It has no place in their community. Like an animal, they adjust their sleep / wake periods according to preference or present circumstances.

6) Petunia mentioned that chopping a tree to create a book would be akin to cutting off a friend's leg.      From this analogy, would surgery - as we know it now - be considered invasive, passe, and unnecessary in her era?

A) There is no need for invasive surgery. Not that it can't be done, but that no one would want to do it when other methods are more efficient. When each individual has the power to create the next now moment exactly to their choosing, other methods are obsolete.

Questions for Petunia

1)What roles can others effect to maximally encourage this physical healing in others in Petunia's experience?

A) No one is ever healed by another. What is given freely is supportiveness. Since everyone has access to ROTEs, as that is the standard form for education, even the exchange of information is not needed, except perhaps as a reminder that everyone can heal themselves.
People still do generate dis-ease, but not that often, as there is more of an understanding. When it does happen, it is usually a bid for attention, and attention is freely given by the community in general, for everything involves the community. They operate similar to the way all the cells respond in a physical body to an injury. People no longer create a terminal disease for the process of disengagement, and death is often a celebration.

2)Seth mentions in Unknown Reality that sudden, miraculous cures of physical diseases [such as cancer] are changes in the physical corporality in relation to what we perceive as "time". When the aforementioned occur, is this akin to consciously choosing [in Petunia's experience] to shift to another probability/dimension/etcetera to return to the natural state?  [Via also what Bashar might describe as the balance point, or others the ZPE [zero point energy field]?

A) It's not really all that complicated. Every now moment is brand new, and you create yourself automatically in the natural state of well being, just like you may create yourself in a dream. Any issues that are involved that produce physical affectingness are created on top of that, and once an individual has dealt with the belief or beliefs in play, it is easy to create the self without the overlays, therefore in a natural state. That can happen in any now moment.

3)In Petunia's experience, how would she describe the natural state?  I intuit this state is inherently individual; however, are there holistic commonalities that we might share, encourage and/or be aware of?

A) It probably compares to your physical imagery of yourself when you are in the dream state. It is more a feeling of well being, or as Seth describes, a state of grace. It is naturally healthy.

4)Does art [as we define it] exist in Petunia's era?  If so, is there any correlation between visual/auditory/olfactory/gustatory and or kinesthetic art and the encouragement of the natural state in healing?

A) It is all about art and creativity. Every act is encouraged as a creative act and displays each individual uniqueness constantly. It is as though they practice nothing but art, in many, many different forms.

5)What are Petunia's perceptions of the possibilities inherent in varying locales within Nature to assist in returning to the natural state:  is the energy inherent on/by the sea more conducive to healing for some?  The mountains, forests, deserts for others?   If so, how can we discern this for ourselves and others?

A) It is whatever the individual resonates with. If they are not happy in a community in the forest, they move to another community which suits them. This method is not only acceptable, but encouraged. It is also available for children as young as 3, no matter where the birth parents reside.

6)On the cellular level, what is occurring to the DNA when a shift occurs from a physically dis-eased stated to an undis-eased state?

A) We create our DNA, it doesn't create us. In the natural state the DNA complies to our desire.
